Assessments

We send a team of three examiners to your site and administer a complete assessment center including such exercises as:

Candidates are scored on such dimensions as:

	Team Skills
	People Skills
	Leadership Skills
	Organizational Skills
	Communication Skills
	Procedural Knowledge and Skills

Up to 8 candidates can be tested per day. We can send multiple teams or stay multiple days.

Scoring is done at the home office and results are reported within one week.

COST

	$2,500 first day, $2,100 subsequent days
	$1,500 estimated travel per team
	$300 estimated lodging per team per night
	$150 estimated expenses per team per day
	$50 estimated car rental per team per day
